The District has a curfew of 11:00 p.m. for all meetings. The meeting may be extended for one hour by vote of the Board.
PARTICIPATION BY TELECONFERENCE
The following Directors will participate by teleconference in all or a portion of the meeting of the Board,
including Closed Session, from the following locations:
Director Paul Perkovic - aboard the SS Karim on the Nile River in Egypt;
Director Jim Harvey - 22 Cottonwood Drive, Bend, Oregon, USA
Directors participating by teleconference shall post a copy of the Agenda at a location available to the public
in the vicinity of the place of their participation. Members of the public will be allowed to participate in
open portions of the meeting at the teleconference site(s). All votes taken during a teleconferenced meeting shall
be by roll call.
NOTE: In accordance with the Government Code, members of the public may address the Board on specific agenda
items when that matter is discussed by the Board. Any other items of interest that is within the subject
matter jurisdiction of the District may be addressed during the Oral Comments portion of the meeting.
Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with a
disability. Request for a disability-related modification or an accommodation in order to participate
